Founded in 1960, Agla Power Transmission S.p.A. is an Italian leader company in the sector of industrial components for the automotive market. Specialized in cold forming process, it is recognized among the leaders in the production of torsional vibration dampers and pulleys for major international car manufacturers, supported by rigorously Italian know‑how.
Starting in 2022, the company strategically decided to acquire Bottino Girardi S.r.l., which has been operating in rubber molding and processing since the early 1960s characterizing itself by a highly qualified team of technicians, a versatile and well‑equipped machinery fleet, and advanced automated testing systems. The decision to integrate the company into Agla Power Transmission’s arises to internally integrate a division dedicated to elastomers, in line with the company’s strategy of diversifying its offering and strengthening its vertical integration process. This production unit does not operate exclusively for the internal needs of the Group, but it is also intended for external customers, providing tailor‑made solutions for a wide range of applications, whether make‑to‑print or requiring a dedicated industrialization process. Technical expertise includes the production of gaskets, o‑rings, profiles, and a wide range of rubber and co‑molded components intended for various industrial sectors, beyond automotive market solutions.
The company achieves IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 quality certifications and is close to obtaining the TISAX security assessment standard.
FORZA SMART INDUSTRY SRL
Founded in 2020, it set out to emerge from the shadow of a global pandemic with a revolutionary idea. As a result of the contractions experienced in foreign markets, the focus shifted toward a new allocation of resources within manufacturing facilities, making a substantial industrial automation effort necessary in several stages of companies’ production processes.
LBN RICERCA
Founded in 2000, it is a multidisciplinary research group dedicated to studying the correlations between production processes and advanced materials. Laboratory tests, finite-element analyses, and experiments on pilot plants or specific test benches make this company a key strength for new or developing projects. With its IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications, the Italian Ministry of Education allows LBN to be registered in the National Register of Research Laboratories.
